The lost Password process is as follows:

1. Enter your username or Email, then click on < Get New Password> .  This will send a confirmation Email to you. (check junk mail or Spam if you don’t see the email).
2. Open the Email and Click on the confirmation link .  This will cause a second email with a temporary password to be sent to you.
3.  You should change the temporary password after you login.
