Microsoft Access App:  The Microsoft Access App comes as part of the Microsoft Office suite of Apps. Omega Technology chose Microsoft Access App as the Engine to run OMC for the following reasons.

Target Audience: OMC is intended for everyone (Large, medium or small businesses) who has to maintain physical assets and equipment, or Manage service contracts. This includes the micro businesses with as few as one employee working out of his home or garage with little or no IT Support.

Cost:   Many users will already have the Microsoft access App on their computer since it is part of the Microsoft Office suite of Apps. Now If you don’t already have the Microsoft Access App, the installation program will download a Free version of Microsoft Access runtime App from the Microsoft website, so no additional cost to get started.

Computer Skills:   No IT skills are needed to get started, simply download and run the installer. This is important to many users who don’t have an IT department or IT Personnel on their staff.

To Install OMC.

Choose the version (x32bit or x64bit) that matches the version of Microsoft office on your computer. If you don’t have Microsoft office on your computer choose x32bit.

After the download is completed, double-click the installation file to complete the installation.
